Ryan's JROTC unit just competed in the 2001 State
Championship. I uploaded some pictures to our communities webpage.

Sky Diving
Ryan has been wanting to go sky diving for quite a while
now. He hasn't been able to go because you have to be 18 years old in
Texas due to liability reasons. Well, Ryan turned 18 on September 19th 2001 so
the next Saturday (Sept 22nd), I took him Sky Diving as a Birthday present.
We both went Tandem jumping and had a great time. Click
here to see the pictures.
Church Activities
Ryan
was in the youth group at Prestoncrest Church of
Christ until we move our church membership to The Colony recently. Prestoncrest
Church of Christ donated items to the Tornado victims in Oklahoma
last year and Ryan accompanied them on the trip to deliver these. We now
attend The Colony Church of Christ and
Ryan is becoming active in their events.
We recently returned from the Spring Break Ski Trip
2001. Darlene and I went along as chaperones. Here is a picture of
the group. Click the picture for a larger image.

Work
Ryan
is now working part-time at the Center for Biblical Arts. He helps set up and
tear down for weddings, receptions, and other events.
